Daiwa J-Braid Grand X8, round braided fishing line. The J-Braid Grand X8 is the further development of the world-famous JBraid X8. The Grand X8 has been optimized in some details to offer you even more safety while fishing and drilling. Whether in fresh water for perch, pikeperch or pike or in the sea for cod, halibut & Co, the JBraid Grand X8 is fully convincing. Compared to the existing J-Braid X8, the Grand X8 offers a tighter braiding, which results in better abrasion resistance and knot strength. The special manufacturing process, in which the JBraid Grand X8 is stretched during production, further increases abrasion resistance and tensile strength. The JBraid Grand X8 is very soft and due to the surface coating also extremely quiet in the rings, it is slightly stiffer than the JBraid X8 and is therefore particularly suitable for windy and difficult casting conditions.
